Murder is the single worst act any human can commit. There’s no such thing as a good murderer, but there are some who make the others look like upstanding citizens by comparison. Take the killers in this list for example. What they did to their fellow man is so sick, twisted, and cruel, that it’s easy to forget that they are people themselves.
